ON ELECTRIC POWER
The files below were downloaded from either the Energy Regulatory
Commission (ERC) website or the Department of Energy (DoE) website. Those that
were downloaded from the ERC website consist mostly of Panay Electric Company -
Panay Power Corporation (PECO-PPC) applications filed with ERC and the ERC order
pertaining to the same. Downloads from the DoE website consist of strategic
energy distribution and generation plans, accomplishment reports and various
energy statistics.
The menu items on the left are important documents downloaded
from the ERC website. The "Rules of Practice" is ERC's rules of practice
and procedures for conducting its business, i.e.,
requirements for applications,
petitions, complaints, and other papers filed with the Commission,
pleadings, parties, intervention, opposition and comments, etc. This is a must
reading for lawyers who want to participate in ERC hearings.
The "Filing Procedure" is ERC's case filing procedure, e.g.,
Applications for a General Change in Rate Schedules or Revision of Rates,
Applications for Approval of Power Supply Contract, Application for Approval of
Electric Distribution Capital Projects, Consumer Complaints, etc.
